The price on our Bitcoin ATM is subject to gas fee at time of purchase, as well as market price which is constantly changing. During times of high transactions the prices of cryptocurrencies can rise or fall dramatically. 

So there is a very minor chance you may not receive the exact amount that you have purchased. 

If no TXID is shown, the transaction is regarded as fail. If this is the case, please contact our customer service by email at cs@bitcoinbrohk.com  or the Whatsapp number listed in the shop.

The is a fixed $15 HKD fee for each transaction
